Hello and welcome! We thought you might like to know a little bit about us, your hosts………

We are both now semi-retired and really enjoying being able to dedicate more time to our holiday letting business. When we are not busy with the business, we are busy with family, especially grandchildren – 6 so far!

Herbert, our fabulous Labradoodle, also requires a fair bit of time and attention. Like us, he enjoys meeting and greeting guests, especially if they have a canine companion for him to make friends with. However, if you don't like dogs, or if he is a bit too 'present' during your stay, just mention it to us and we will have a word in his ear.

We bought Grafton Villa back in 2005 and have been ladling on the love (and emptying our bank accounts) ever since. The renovations have been a real labour of love but we are proud of what we have achieved and feel very privileged to live here and to share this lovely place with our visitors, so the love is sort of a natural part of all that! We very much look forward to meeting you soon……
